This hearing is with respect to the proposed Local Law No. 3 of the year 2018 affecting revisions to the Town of Parishville Land Use and Development Code.
Full text and maps of proposed Local Law No. 3 of the year 2018 as it is currently drafted are available for review and comment at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Parishville. BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the earlier occurrence that either of the present Town Justices, Dean F. Wilson or Lester E. Gale Jr., shall no longer hold the said office of Town Justice of
Parishville, New York, or at 12:01 AM on January 01, 2020, pursuant to §60-a of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Town of Parishville, New York, in the County of St. Lawrence, shall no longer have two (2) Town Justice office positions but shall thereafter have on one (1) Town Justice office position: and it is further
RESOLVED that pursuant to the aforesaid Town Law §60-a, this Resolution is subject to
Permissive Referendum upon the timely filing of a sufficient petition therefor in the manner required by law.
